Refund policy

We want you to feel confident and supported when ordering from BodyTec Relief.

If something isn't right well do our best to help.

Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in the same condition you received it
  • The item must be in its original packaging
  • Proof of purchase is required

To start a return , please contact us first at: bodytecshop@gmail.com with your order number and a brief explanation.

Do not send item back without contacting us first-- returns sent without approval may not be accepted.

 

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we'll notify you of the approval status.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.

Please note that banks and payment providers may take additional time to process refunds.

 

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your orders upon delivery.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us at bodytecshop@gmail.com

Within 7 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • A photo or video of the issue

We'll make it right.

 

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, certain items cannot be returned once opened or used, including:

  • Personal care or body-contact products
  • Items marked as final sale

 

Shipping Times and Returns

Some products ship from international partners and may take up to 30 days to arrive.

Shipping delays do not qualify for refunds once a order is in transit.

However, if your order is significantly delayed or lost, please contact us and we'll review the situation carefully.
